Warranty

All our watches come with a limited warranty upto a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers the machine movement and manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover the following -

- Normal or excessive wear and tear, damage caused by mishandling including damage to the glass/straps/watch case/bracelet.

- Battery

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. You can claim warranty by simply contacting us at support@meridianwatches.in

When will I receive the delivery?

We ship out all the orders from our warehouse within 24 hours. Delivery times depend on the pincode which in most cases is not more than 3-5 days.

Can I order it on COD?
